Unbaked Carbon Block/Brick
Unbaked carbon blocks adopt high temperature calcined anthracite and artificial graphite as aggregate, coal pitch, coal tar and additives mixture as binder, after molding and high frequency molding, the final product is produced. Self baking carbon bricks are widely used in blast furnace bottom and hearth, reduction furnaces(calcium carbide furnace, ferroalloy furnace) bottom and hearth. RS-1 is suitable for reduction electric furnace above 1000KVA, RS-2 is suitable for 10000KVA reduction furnace.
